Helicopters Only uses FedEx Ground - FedEx Next Day Air - US. Priority Mail for orders shipping to USA addresses except Alaska and Hawaii.
Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii and APO/FPO address are shipped by US. Mail only.
This option will be shown as you check out of our shopping cart while processing your on-line order.
Orders are shipped from our warehouse Monday to Thursday until 2 PM Eastern Standard Time. (Excluding holidays)
International orders are sent via US.Mail. Surface delivery to international addresses is neither traceable nor insurable.
For these reasons, we offer air shipping only.
Oversize or heavy items may require additional shipping charges. If additional shipping charges apply, you will be contacted for
verification and approval before your order is shipped.
You the customer are solely responsible for any import duties and taxes imposed by your country regarding the import of your order.
Please consult with your countries authorities regarding possible charges.
All overseas orders will include a customs form detailing contents and actual value of merchandise.
Custom forms will state that the contents are ''Flight Training Supplies'.
Shipping time for most overseas orders is quoted by the United States Postal Service at 5 to 10 working days.
It is then up to your postal service to deliver to you in a timely fashion after the order is cleared by Customs.
Items Refused, and returned to Helicopters Only are subject to a 20% Stocking Fee.
Items sent outside the USA requiring warranty repairs or service will need to be returned to the manufacturer at the customers expense.
The customer is responsible for shipping to and from the USA based manufacturer.
All customers are responsible to insure that the delivery address given with each order is secure,
and attended by an adult if a signature is required by the delivery driver.
Helicopters Only does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
Our secure server software (SSL) encrypts on-line orders.
All customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.
Regular emails sent to us are not encrypted.
We contract with other companies to provide certain services, including credit card processing, shipping, name and address verification
and provide these companies with only the information they need to perform their services and work closely with them to ensure that
your privacy is respected and protected.
If an item ordered needs to be dropped shipped, Helicopters Only supplies the manufacturer with your shipping address,
email address for delivery confirmation and your credit card information for direct payment to that company.
How We Use Email
When you provide us your email address, we will send you emails necessary to process your order, respond to a request,
provide customer service, or promote products or services. For example, after you place an order at Helicopters Only,
you will receive an email confirmation from us, and your order tracking information will be emailed to you from UPS or the US. Post Office.
Important: Please contact Helicopters Only for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) first.
We will not accept returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it new and in its original condition with all packaging,
accessories and user manuals within 30 days from date of purchase.
Returns must be received by Helicopters Only within 30 days of purchase.
Please include a copy of your receipt and we will promptly refund the item price less original and return shipping costs.
Items needing repair after 30 days will be handled by the product manufacturer. Items Refused, and returned to Helicopters Only are subject to a 20% Stocking Fee.
Helicopters Only is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages.
You the customer will be responsible for the safe return of any package using a carrier offering tracking and insurance
for the full value of the returned items. Refunds are issued to the credit card used for the original purchase.
Flight Link Flight Simulator Controls, Software and DVD's are not returnable.
Selected items are not returnable, such as Flight Link Flight Controls and Special Order Items.
Owing to the nature of the following products, Helicopters Only will replace DVD's and
Software with an identical copy if the item is found defective.
A Sales Tax of 6.25% is added to orders made or shipped within the State of Massachusetts only.
We work very hard to keep all items in stock.
When a customer orders a product that is not currently in stock but is on order, we will ship that back order by UPS Ground, or Priority Mail.
There will be NO additional shipping charge on the secondary shipment. (International orders will not be shipped until all items are in stock)
